We currently have 24 cases still in court. One case before Ontario Appeals Court set to be heard next Thursday - the Crown is appealing a ruling we got against them.
We have another case before Divisional court and several more seeking criminal charges against senior government officials and government lawyers.
The McGuinty Government wilfully endangered the lives of the people of Caledonia because of political correctness. They should be criminally charged for this illegal act and we will lay the charges.
