McGuinty's Law

Introducing,...  the all new, but not so improved,........... McGuinty's Law;

 From a One of our Readers: Aug. 23, 2006

With McGuinty's recent decisions regarding his controversial legal opposition of Justice Marshall's rulings on the contempt of court orders that have been issued, we now have a new binding precedent of our judicial system lurking on the horizon.

The rule of law today seems to be that there are no binding rules to enforce a court order because you can no longer be held accountable for contempt of the court's orders. By simply blaming your ancestors and/or implementing your ancestor's stupidity or by manipulating property ownerships, you can get away with almost anything.

So, here we are today, standing alone in McGuinty's breeze. So,  go ahead and do what you wish to do and don't be concerned about any consequences, because if a judge rules against your favour, you can just ignore the judge's ruling and you can legally get away with your lawlessness.

Thank you Dalton McGuinty for changing the laws of our land, for now we Canadians know exactly where we stand...

Cheers to Canada's 'political leader-less-ship' .................
