I honestly thought Judge Marshall was on to something good for mainstream Ontarians. It is disappointing to know that with all the recorded proof of criminal activities, the lawyers for the government and the OPP can find no reason to allow the natives not to stay where they are.
They will be there for years just like at Ipperwash, the threats , harassment, and thefts will continue and the OPP will continue to do nothing. On the West Beach during that land claim we endured seven years of pure hell.
The surrender in the end was valid and we have not received so much as a portion of our legal fees returned which was agreed upon.
In eight years since the Supreme Court Decision not a cent out of half a million dollars. This decision will adversely affect your class-action as it did ours.
After Dudley got shot here, the injunction was cancelled by the Province of Ontario and hence the occupiers are still in the former park, all paid for by us the taxpayer, with no law enforcement and no authority to answer for in what they can and cannot do.
I wish all this was ongoing in McGuinty and Bryant's neighbourhood.
