Nice work for OPP

Re: Caledonia

I would like to know why we are paying probably hundreds of thousands of dollars for the OPP -- who are working on the Caledonia situation -- to stay at the new Marriott Hotel on Upper James Street? Where were they before this beautiful place opened and why were they moved?

This certainly is a classy place for two shifts to stay -- restaurant, workout room, fireplace lounge and, in the warmer weather, a pool.

The Caledonia situation may never be resolved. Any time we go by the new hotel, there are at least eight to 10 cars and I'm told that was only one shift of officers. Nice work if you can get it.
