OPP have a lot of nerve

The OPP have a lot of nerve calling the good citizens of Caledonia “Juvenile”.

The OPP have allowed natives to raise flags, block highways and roads, destroy power stations, throw rocks at people off bridges, burn bridges, burn barns, intimidate Caledonia residents, attack people in front of the OPP and cause one old man to have a heart attack. The OPP are lucky that Caledonia residents have been a patient group. In the olden days they would have been tarred and feathered and thrown out of town for the way they have treated Caledonia residents.

It is important to not brand every OPP officer as bad. This privilege belongs only to the OPP Management, the Aboriginal Relations Team (ART) and the Major Events Liaison Team (MELT). Front line OPP officers would love to do the job they swore an oath to do and uphold the law. They can’t in Caledonia because the ART Team with its mandate from OPP Management is fully in control of Caledonia. 

If you read the material about the ART Team you would think they were describing the boy scouts until you realize that they have been indoctrinated into the ways and thinking of the Indians. The ART team has only the native interests at heart and will do whatever to ensure that the natives are protected from “Whites”. They spend time in sweat houses, in Indian rituals, and in one case they adopted the native life over that of the “Whites”. Native officers are members of the ART team. Hardly a group that should be taking control of a situation like exits in Caledonia since it has a one sided view.

The OPP ART team is arrogant, insolent, disrespectful, native focused, unlawful since they don’t respect Canadian Law, rude, racist, not objective, cavalier, hateful and just plain ignorant of the needs of Caledonia residents.

This group was formed as a result of the Ipperwash Inquiry in a knee jerk reaction to Ipperwash. The pendulum has swung totally 180 degrees with this group. They are so wrapped up in native needs that they no longer have an appreciation for the other 30 million citizens in this country. This group is not only a waste of good Canadian money but is down right dangerous to the safety of “Whites”.

Get the ART team out of Caledonia now and do the rest of the citizens of this province a favour and disband them immediately.
