Fantino, OPP are bigger part of Caledonia problem

It doesn't get much worse than to have a condescending cop fault others for the failure of his own group to do the right thing. I know Julian Fantino was not in charge when the OPP first decided to cut and run, to let Caledonia fall victim to continued lawlessness that seems now to have no end. However, Fantino is in charge now and to see him portrayed as this article does leaves one wondering if he and his group remain the bigger part of the problem.
